Hi, I’m Emma founder of Pink Glow Media Agency, where storytelling meets strategy, and healing turns into high-impact brand building.

My journey didn’t start with a business plan  it started with heartbreak.

Over ten years, I lost ten family members  including my dad to cancer. Grief came in crashing waves. PTSD quietly took root. I was the strong one, holding space for my mum through unimaginable pain while silently carrying my own. The kind of pain that reshapes you.

In that darkness, I had a choice: stay stuck in survival… or use my story to spark something meaningful.

I chose to glow.

Pink Glow Media Agency was born not just from passion, but from purpose. I created this space to help entrepreneurs — especially those who’ve faced trauma, burnout, or loss, rise up and show up. Unapologetically. Powerfully. Authentically.
